Suburbs opened its doors on Allerton Road in February 2025.

We are a French-inspired contemporary pâtisserie where the artisan viennoiserie, sandwiches and decadent desserts are all handmade on-site.

Our Co-Founder & Head Patisserie Chef grew up in Woolton studying at King David High and City of Liverpool College before gaining experience at Fortnum & Mason, Ottolenghi and Moor Hall.

We utilise only the highest quality ingredients from our butter to our matcha. Our menu changes regularly to adapt to seasonal produce and continued experimentation from our passionate back-of-house team.
